Guided Nervous System Support

Often people benefit from personalised support for chronic pain.

Increasingly, pain research suggests that education alone isn't necessarily the whole answer. Understanding pain can be useful - but changing long-established responses often involves practising new ways of responding to sensations, movement, thoughts and perceived threat. That is one reason we value face-to-face work, individual support for chronic pain.

It's not because online support can't work. It can. Nor does it mean being in the same room automatically produces better results.  However, when you are working with someone in person to help with persistent pain, there is an opportunity to notice what happens moment by moment: your reactions, your movement, your confidence, your questions and the things that may be keeping your nervous system on alert.
