3. Bookings, Payments and Refunds

Course fees and coaching fees will be confirmed before your booking.

For Lightning Process® courses and other programmes requiring advance payment:

  • Once payment has been received, you have the right to cancel within 7 days and receive a full refund, (or 72 hours prior to the training if training booked within 7 days of the training and online).

  • After this period, fees are generally non-refundable if you cancel your place or choose not to complete the programme.

  • If your place can be filled, a refund may be offered at Jenny Gilmore's discretion.

For one-to-one coaching sessions and lightning process, payment terms and cancellation policies will be confirmed at the time of booking.
